More than 25 years on the floor.
Kimberly has spent more than 25 years running multi-unit operations across retail, telecom, banking and insurance. She has hired the people, built the schedules, walked the floors, missed the number, made the number and coached managers through difficult conversations. That experience shapes the support your team receives.
Your managers need guidance grounded in the work they actually do. Kimberly brings practical experience to every engagement, helping your leaders turn clear expectations into everyday habits.
Experience that earns the room.
Kimberly's operational foundation was built through multi-unit leadership across retail, telecom, banking and insurance. Her experience includes hiring, scheduling, walking the floor, meeting performance targets and addressing gaps when results fell short — the same pressures your managers face.
That practical experience has translated into a deep interest in the frontline manager layer — the people who hold the standard, run the shift, and develop the team. Kimberly designed and rolled out an organization-wide leadership development program that built the skills, accountability, and confidence of the management team as a whole, from frontline supervisors and assistant managers through the full store-leadership tier. Over the years she has directly coached and developed more than a thousand people, including employees, clients, and partners across retail, telecom, banking, and insurance.
Kimberly has also worked hands-on with operational diagnostics and turnaround support, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis for retailers navigating bankruptcy and restructuring. That experience helps her read the story behind your numbers — and recognize when an operations problem is actually a leadership problem.
Alongside her operational experience, Kimberly has invested in formal training. She is certified by Multi-Health Systems to administer, assess, and interpret the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments, which means the emotional intelligence work here is measured, not guessed at. She also holds a human resources management certificate and has completed the RISE executive program at Saint Mary's University, Sobey School of Business, focused on strategy, finance and growth. The combination of formal training and time on the floor is what makes the approach here both grounded and effective.
The turnaround is a leadership problem before it's anything else.
When your financial results slip, customer satisfaction falls or turnover rises, the symptoms are operational. The cause can be a leadership layer that has not received the preparation it needs.
Frontline and first-time managers are asked to hold the standard, run the shift, and develop the team — often with no formal preparation for any of it.
Build that layer and your team has a stronger foundation for addressing the operational problems in front of it.
